Kurumba villas has a total of 14 rooms. The ground floor is named “VELI” meaning sand and has an open reception, with the restaurant and four rooms. The ground floor is filled with sand, to bring the sandy beach feel as soon as the guest enters the hotel. The first floor has five rooms with a lobby and named “BOLI” meaning shells. This floor has two Sea View SD rooms with balcony and three SD rooms with balcony, the second floor is named “MOODHU” meaning sea, and has five rooms same as the BOLI floor.
