Maafushivaru oﬀ ers 81 villas in diﬀ erent distinct styles, all oﬀ ering direct access to the beach or with clear views to the ocean. The villas are well-appointed yet simple in design and architecture blending in beautifully with the laid-back environment of the Maldives. All come fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing holiday close to nature.

Beach Villas

These are surrounded by abundant vegetation and located right beside the beach, with sun loungers on a private deck facing the sea. The bathroom is semiopen air with shower whilst the outdoor garden area has a rainfall shower made of stone.

Water Villas

These villas are built out over water and oﬀ er modern comforts along with stunning views of the lagoon. The spacious bedroom features a king-sized bed and daybed. The bathroom comes with a rainfall shower and a bath with hot and cold water and oﬀ ers views of the ocean. Outside is your own wooden deck with a seating area and sun loungers from where you can watch the multicoloured tropical ﬁsh swim by.

Beach Pool Villas

Similar to the Beach Villas, these too are situated along the beach, just mere steps away from the blue ocean. The villas are ﬁ tted with king-sized bed, an oversized bathroom featuring a bathtub, twin vanity, and separate indoor and outdoor showers, in your own private garden. The large outdoor deck oﬀ ers an inviting day bed, dining area and your own private pool with sun loungers.

Duplex Pool villas

Built on two-levels, the Duplex Pool Villas are ideal for couples wanting some extra space or even for small families. The upper ﬂ oor features a spacious bedroom with king bed, bathroom with rainfall shower and toilet, and a balcony with amazing views. The ground ﬂ oor comes with a spacious living area, which can be converted to an extra bedroom if needed, a second garden bathroom with freestanding bath and rainfall shower. Similar to the Beach Pool Villas, the outdoor decks feature a daybed, dining area and private pool with sun loungers.

Water Pool Villas

Set over the water with all modern comforts, these magniﬁ cent villas oﬀ er the best Maafushivaru experience with its spacious bedrooms, and the stunning views of the blue lagoon. The bathroom features a freestanding bath, twin vanity and rainfall shower. Outside is your own private deck with a pool and steps down to the ocean, a comfortable seating area with day bed and sun loungers.

Dining

An array of indulgent wining and dining experiences are oﬀ ered to all guests. Maafushivaru oﬀ ers Half Board plus a Dine-Around All Inclusive Meal Plan.

Half Board includes breakfast and dinner at the Cuisine Gallery. Half Board Plus additionally includes a wide range of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including selected soft drinks, juices, international branded spirits, an extensive cocktail list, draught beer, a selection of bottled wines, specialty coﬀ ees and teas, and house mineral water. Snorkelling

Snorkelling is a must in the Maldives. If diving isn’t your cue, you can still experience the beauty of marine ﬂ ora and fauna while staying aﬂ oat with the aid of a snorkel, mask and ﬂ ippers. Our team is available to help beginners gain their ﬁ rst taste of the wonderful underwater world in the lagoon before progressing onto the house reef or even a boat trip to snorkel at the Coral Garden.
